It's been a busy year!
Things have been very, very busy here at Horsewest! So much so that I have been very behind in updating the website! I will endevour to change that!
Some exciting things that have happened so far this year:
I purchased 11.5 acres in Wundowie, it will be built on and availble for rent soon! Just waiting on the council... (Could be waiting a while...)
I also purchased my dream horse from Noblewood Park Stud http://www.noblewood.com.au , located in Gidgegannup. Her name is Noblewood Park Coco. She is a full brother to their stallion Noblewood Park Cougar (Collins x Cadence). She is currently in foal to Beretta (full brother to top showjumping mare Blatini!). We are eagerly awaiting the foals arrival, not due til Jan/Feb 2011, but with quality full german holsteiner breeding on both sides I think it will be worth the wait!!
Absolute Cool just won his first ever race start at Pinjarra, running 1:58:4
Looking forward to many more exciting runs from him!!
And Oakwood Import, aka Woody, turned 20yo on the 18th August! Happy Birthday Woody!
Hope everyone else is having a happy and productive year! 2010 has certainly gone quickly!
